Tasting Note :
The Goulée vineyard faced a similar scenario to that experienced at Cos d’Estournel, with lower temperature gaps. The ages of the vines, their deep roots and our light ploughing initiatives, along with the vineyard’s groundwater reserves and the cool breezes coming off the nearby Gironde Estuary, allowed our vines to adapt to meteorological conditions.
