Tasting Note :
The Vaux Castle in the Rheingau is not simply called "Sektmanufaktur" - no, traditional craftsmanship is actually still done here in the production of sparkling wine. All of the manufactory's sparkling wines are produced using the classic bottle fermentation process, as is common in Champagne, so that wines with character and grape varietal characteristics are created here. This of course also includes the “entry-level sparkling wine” Cuvée Vaux Brut. The grape varieties Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir and Riesling combine perfectly to create a fresh and melty cuvée that inspires with its velvety length and delicate apricot scent. A sparkling wine that, as an absolute all-rounder, brings a lot of fun into the glass for every sparkling wine lover.
