Tasting Note :
Clean, bright color with greenish-yellow tone. Aromas of citrus and pineapple. Full-flavored with fresh acidity & flavors of tropical fruits. This wine pairs beautifully with fish courses and seafood paella. Made with estate-grown grapes from organic farming, free of chemical pesticides and fertilizers, using biodynamic practices to in order to improve the soil structure and enhance the natural cycle of the vines achieving the highest quality grapes. Harvested at night during August. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures between 15-17°C after which malolactic fermentation occurs. The wine has been gently filtered to keep all natural aromas & characteristics.
