Tasting Note :
The majority of Château Talbot’s vineyard was spared from the frosts, and the grapes reached optimal ripeness. The berries were in excellent health at a prime ripeness and had an ideal balance between sugar and acidity. Coming from a blend of 54% Cabernet Sauvignon and 46% Merlot. Intense, deep ruby red colour. Appealing aroma of blackberry and raspberry along with pencil shavings and cedar wood notes. Approachable and succulent, yet layered with complexity and possessing a savoury finish.
