Delivery Information
Delivery :
We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for order
over HK$1,500. For orders under HK$1,500, a delivery charge of HK$100 shall
apply.
The Company reserves the right to charge storages fees
for storing the wine or to dispose the wine without further notice to the
customer in the event that:
We offer next day delivery for orders received on Monday
to Friday before 10am (except public holidays). Orders received on Saturdays. Sundays and Public Holidays will be
scheduled for delivery on the 2nd working day after the holiday.
The delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday
between 09:00am and 7:00pm (excluding Sundays & Public Holidays)
Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon
and New Territories commercial and residential addresses only. Delivery is not
available to outlying islands, restricted areas, hotel, HK Convention and
Exhibition Centre, Ports or Marinas. If
you need any special delivery service to these areas, please contact our
customer service at op@vpgallery.com for
further quote on the delivery charge.
Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal
No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event customers will
be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee
if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery
time.
We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any
customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
Non-Delivery :
Wine is non-deliverable within 2 weeks of purchase due to
customer's failure to notify the Company of change of address or the Company is
otherwise unable to contact customer.
A customer refuses to take delivery of the wine.
The Company shall have no liability to the Customer in
respect of the disposal in such circumstances.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws
of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People's Republic of China
and the Customer and VP Gallery agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the Hong Kong courts. VP Gallery may revise these terms and conditions at
any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, VP Gallery determination
shall be final. Where these terms and conditions are available in Chinese, the
English version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a
discrepancy between the two versions.
