Tasting Note :
The 2014 Fixin Village, from 40-year-old vines and matured in around 10% new wood, has a light, crisp red cherry scented bouquet. Simple...but effective. The palate is crisp on the entry, pleasing weight in the mouth, though I found it a little austere towards the finish.
