Super crisp and delicious sparkling wine with a good and pleasant sweetness. Perfect for a warm day on the terrace or as an accompaniment to fresh desserts. Can also be used for welcome.
Vinification takes place according to the most modern principles. After pressing, the must is filtered by centrifugation and placed in tanks at a very low, controlled temperature, which allows a slow and uniform fermentation process, where the must is methodically centrifuged and filtered.
Valse is ready in the glass with fine, elegant bubbles. The scent is of fresh flowers and fine green berries. The taste is delicious with a slight sweetness and a good freshness in the acid to give the balance.
A wonderful wine for a welcome, or as an accompaniment to fruit desserts or, for example, chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream.
