Tasting Note :
The wine is made 100% from the Glera variety, from which only Prosecco wines are made. The fruit used to produce the wine comes from crops from the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. The wine is characterized by a light straw color with greenish reflections and persistent effervescence of delicate, pearly air bubbles. The nose is dominated by the subtle aroma of acacia flowers. In the mouth, the delicately sweet aftertaste is enriched with the aroma of fruit and acacia honey.
