Tasting Note :
A rather clever blend showing Spanish spice from the Tempranillo and structure from the Petit Verdot. It works a treat as the 2 varietals combine rather triumphantly to give a wine full of red and black fruit, notes of cedar and a twist of black pepper on the finish. Night harvesting assures the freshness of the grapes is retained, so those notes of blackcurrant, raspberry and cherry are abundant.
