Connétable de Talbot 2017 illustrates with panache the success of the technical team that was able to extract the best from this vintage.
The majority of Château Talbot's vineyard was spared from the frosts, and the grapes reached optimal ripeness. Up until the harvest, 2017 had many ups and downs. The harvest started on September 18 and finished on October 4, 2017. The berries were in excellent health at a prime ripeness and had an ideal balance between sugar and acidity.
