Tasting Note :
The Fleurie 2007 comes from Gamay vines planted on the clay-limestone soils of Chapelle-des-Bois and Moriers. The harvest is manual, and the fruit is carefully sorted. The vinification takes place in whole bunches, for a semi-carbonic maceration in conical and open wooden vats. Aging lasts at least 24 months in a mixture of Burgundy pieces, new demi-muids and first to second use. The wine is kept on the estate until it is ready for tasting.
