Tasting Note :
The wine is made from a blend of Spanish tempranillo with a touch of French petit verdot. The grapes are harvested at night so that they have an optimal temperature for pressing and thus retain their freshness. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine ages in oak for 6 months, making the wine softer, rounder and more complex. The wine has an inviting, exciting nose with aromas of ripe fruit, coffee and spices. Harmonious and complex in taste with notes of ripe red and dark fruit, a hint of vanilla and coffee, sweet spices and velvety tannins.
